★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Mark's Work Warehouse on October 7, 2021 to purchase a pair of shoes and my experience was horrible.
They were under construction and the shoe section was messy, unorganized, and clearance section only sold men's shoes. The staff said women's and men's shoes were combined on clearance rack but they were not.
There was no seating to try on shoes so I sat on the floor uncomfortably to try on shoes, I had pain and difficulty getting up due to fubromyalgia and a spiral injury.
The boxes were unorganized and shoe sizes often were incorrect to the shoes inside.
There was a pair of shoes that had a spider on them, and another pair with a big stain at the big toe that looked like someone had a blister pop inside.
Staff did not offer any help during the hour I was shopping and shoes rang up wrong at the till so the marked prices were also incorrect.
I went there for quality shoes as I viewed them as a premium outlet for high quality work wear.
I am appalled and disgusted with the experience and will not returning in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great Mark store in Sherwood and in guess the only one around. The staffs were on ground to help search for a product that is not on the hanger. Their system says "they still have 2 in store" but after searching for a while they couldn't locate it.
They should have more products in store being the only store in Sherwood. Couldn't get the number of piece and sizes I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is what you would expect from Mark. Overall, it seems like their clothing is drifting away from the original purpose. A lot less work clothes than there used to be. What they do have is expensive, but worth it (Carhartt, Helly Hansen, etc). They seem to cater more now to casual or even 'dress' clothing (not very dressy), but their offerings are just not appealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is horrendous. I don't even know why I keep coming here. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I have spent hours in this store before and have not even had a staff member look me in the eyes, let alone offer me help. They are so unattentive that I feel like I could steal my purchase from here and nobody would even look my direction. I have also had the staff here be borderline rude and snippy with me. I certainly hope that all Mark's Work Wearhouse locations are not like this. If I knew where to get reliable work boots and clothing in sherwood park that was not this store, I would go there. Luckily for you guys, I don't know where else to get work boots in this town. 1 star out of 5, I genuinely do not enjoy shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under renovations, Smaller store than others. Go to Edmonton for a better shopping experience. Still, no comparison to the Victoria shops or especially the old Mark's Work Wearhouse before Canadian Tire bought it.
