★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has a good selection of home goods and home accesories. First time at this store and while I was able to find a number of household goods, some products that we are looking for are not available but available in the North Edmonton location of the store.
While one of the staffs that we asked for assistance showed us where to see the product, she was not patient enough with us when we asked further questions. My reason for 4 stars......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Handicap parking stalls. HomeSense has a good selection of home goods. Couldn't find any staff so can't give a rating for that. Store clean, organized and nice atmosphere.

Many items to choose from and I was looking for a few Christmas presents and found more than I wanted.
I think this is the best HomeSense store in the Edmonton area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is always clean and full of stock. I purchased a cabinet and they instantly took it off of the floor. When I came back for pick up it was wrapped in plastic and they helped me load it into my truck very nice staff. Favorite place to shop for home decor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a greeter/counter at the door ensuring too many people weren't shopping at the same time, and hand sanitizer to use. I found what I was looking for, but the shelves were in mild disarray with less than abundant choices available. The line up grew and eventually a second cashier was called to the front. She was not in a hurry to get set up to cash out customers. She did her job efficiently but was less than enthusiastic or friendly, making minimal eye contact or conversation. Overall, the experience was good, but could have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there a couple weeks ago, I loved my cashier Ryley! She was extremely nice and engaged in conversation with my mother and I! Whereas other associates where walking through in between my mother and I without any manners at all.
Ryley was lovely :)
