★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a grown adult and got asked to leave because my purse is a backpack. I didn’t want to leave it at the front desk.. I am not a child. I had my laptop, wallet money and ID in there I’m not leaving it with a random person.. I have worked retail and understand loss prevention. But this is an absolutely ridiculous policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a huge store. It’s fairly new, built within the past year. It’s clean and well lit. The store has it all as general merchandise is concerned. From auto parts to hockey sticks to pots and pans to tents. There is just an astounding amount of stuff on this store. It’s part of a national chain of stores. This is in a good location and is easily accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an enormous store with lots of inventory of pretty much everything you could possibly need. As of April 5, 2021 they are one of the only places that seems to have quite an inventory of bikes in stock. The store is extremely clean and well organized. My only concern would be trying to find an associate if you needed help finding something as the store is just that big that it's hard to find someone in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a lovely experience at this store. Was helped by a nice young man, Jarod, who helped me in the bike section and even helped direct me to the other items I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and over all excellent customer service. The lady at the check out was also very sweet. Would definitely recommend this location!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was purchasing a small item and when I got to the checkout it was almost double the price. I went back with the girl to show her the price on the shelf and I was correct. All of this particular item were in that spot, and none of the item that was supposed to be there was in stock. The tag had a similar description but apparently the item number was incorrect. They refused to give me the difference. As a customer how am I supposed to know the item numbers, and why should I have to check. If I hadn’t noticed at the checkout I would be been overcharged as I trusted the tag on the shelf. The staff extremely rude when I questioned it and showed them. Very disappointed in the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to shop this morning and have noticed that some people didn't know how to appreciate the positive attitude of the employee helping them . Cashier was being helpful but yet the old man costumer( I can say that) in front of me was behaving so rudely! Management should looked after their employee because sometimes they are being abused by ill mannered costumer.
Such a great costumer service . This Canadian Tire will always be my go to store for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a long time customer at this location I have noticed more newer things in the store (the new flat screens and the fancy lockers at the front)
I mentioned all the new things to the floor staff whom I know from my kids being in school , they mentioned that things are slow and hours are cut. But yet the store has all these fancy new things but everywhere is losing hours.
I find it interesting how the locally “owned and operated” owner prioritized spending.
New fancy things over employees keeping their jobs.
I will no longer be shopping at this big corporation after seeing how they treat their employees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff not enforcing masks. I could see a situation where maskless people are shopping in the aisle are not see by staff but these people were paying at the cash. I asked an employee if masks were required and she said they weren’t enforcing it. Very disappointed that Canadian tire is not following covid health protocols and keeping its customers safe.
