★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great place to shop, several employees working in the clothing sections were very friendly and helpful, my cashier named Anna was so nice and helped me with all of my questions and had a great conversation with me, will be shopping at this location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smaller store compared to other locations I’ve been to. Store is well stocked and organized. Less busy of course compared to the ones closer to the city. Not a wide selection of fragrances but a variety of beauty products even products from Sephora at a cheaper price !
Located in a smart centre plaza with lots of other stores including Walmart and lcbo. A great place to find gifts for you or for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been so DISGUSTED by a customer service person than at this specific winners location in bowmanville. for the SECOND time now I have gotten the same cashier lady...she is absolutely miserable and clearly hates her job. I truly do not know how she still works here. I tried returning an item that still had tags but I had no receipt. I know in this case that means I only get a gift card back. She asked me for my drivers license, but I don't drive and said I only have my health card. She would not accept and said i could show my passport. No one carries around their passport. She was extremely unhelpful and rude. I asked if she could ask her manager if there is something else I could show so I wouldn't have to come back AGAIN and do this process. she refused to get a manager. Firstly, I do not understand why you need identification, it is against my privacy, I should not have to show you this. Secondly, this winners needs to seriously re-evaluate their staff because I shop religiously at winners/homesense I will NEVER go back to this one OR the very least NEVER go to that lady to check out again. I have experienced some amazing staff at other winners who are kind, and helpful. This lady should not work in customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this Winners, Very good selection of women's, men's and kid's clothing, Their home and house ware selection is limited . People have to understand Co-vid 19 affects everything, even the stock and supply of any Winners store. Good Co-Vid19 protocols here. Helpful staff.

The store was clean and was being cleaned while I was there.
The employee was wiping down all the clothing racks.
She was also super friendly and asked if I needed help with anything.
That was a first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cute products at a really great cost! I almost always come out with something that I didn't plan on buying. The kids section is adorable for bedding, sleeping bags, and room decor like canvas pictures. The toy section sometimes lacks, but around holidays like Easter or Christmas; you'll find a wide selection of products. I love shopping at Winners! There are so many great gift ideas.
