★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable. My daughter got a prescription for prednisone today and the pharmacist didn't even offer to counsel her. She has never had this med before. My daughter could have asked yes, but I feel it is the pharmacists job to ask if they have ever had a drug before or if she had any questions. It's not like it's Tylenol or Penicillin! It's a much more serious drug! I personally would never have any prescription filled at a Walmart , EVER. It just so happened she was at the walk-in there and sick so it was convenient. Thankfully her regular pharmacy was very helpful by phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Staff completely ignores customers and 2 lanes are very poorly labelled and confusing. “Drop off” apparently means “order here”. If you can go elsewhere you should. This place is absolute garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, alot of attitude from the staff. I don't need alot of medication so not familiar with their process, apparently it's an inconvenience to them to have to explain anything. Do yourself a favour and go across the street to Shoppers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my second dose of the covid vaccine today from the pharmacy technician Dianne and I was beyond impressed. There was next to no wait time, I could see everything being sterilized, and on top of that Dianna was very kind and great at her job. She explained the entire process, joked around with me which made my anxiety go down, and even answered questions about the vaccine that did not even pertain to my situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, close to entrance and exit. The lower rating is because they are quite often out of stock for many medications. Atleast 3 orders a month for our household are usually only partial fills or backordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a sick 16 month old at home and was concerned about a dosing error the walk-in doctor made. The pharmacist here took a lot of time to look into and talk through the situation. She went above and beyond and it was very much appreciated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was treated very badly there Sunday afternoon taking my disabled son home from Sunnybrook hospital where he had just had hip replacement surgery. I was told by the female staff his prescription had not been received. I didn't have my phone with me so asked if she could please google the phone number and ask the nurse to send the fax again. She was very nasty and said: "I'm not lending you my phone! Please step aside as I have to speak to the next customer!" Not listening to me, not helpful, no customer service skills! I said I’m not asking to borrow your phone I asked if you could just google the number! She glared at me and said “that’s it I’m calling security” and did!! This woman needs a serious reprimand and retraining! Avoid this pharmacy!!
