★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here. Anything that they advertised 50% to 70% off for black Friday, is "SOLD" on Saturday, not available within 100KM either. You can't even order it online. It's just to make you come in then buy 20% off, which you can get any other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t listen to Sabrina her name should be Karen because her husband hates her and from the sounds of it hasn’t worked a day in her life. Paul needs to learn it too as he clearly doesn’t understand the world doesn’t revolve around him. Most of the bad reviews are false, made by people who literally have nothing better to do than need keyboard Karen’s, get a life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not great. Received no assistance from staff, even though the store was almost empty. Found the article I wanted and proceeded to cash. As I got there, the person on cash walked away, mumbling, "I'll be right back." I stood there for several minutes and finally just put my item on the counter and left the store.
I keep hearing about how difficult these times are for business owners and I'm encouraged to shop local, which I always try to do. This experience make that difficult. Probably my first and last visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove across town to find out they have reduced hours and closed at 6:00pm. Online it said they were open until 9pm. I got there at 6:04. I don’t have a problem with a store reducing hours, but at least change the time online.

It will advertise the exact same sign for “buy one get one free” on literally every sweater stand but because ones a different material apparently you can’t get it even though it’s advertised as part of the deal? And then they have line ups of 20 people with ONE cashier and don’t even apologize. So it was a huge waste of my time. Do NOT shop here ever. This was my first and very last visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to Mark's to buy some steel Tow Safety Shoes. When I opened the box of my size, there was only one shoe. And the one on display was a different size.. I walked around the store for 10 minutes trying to find someone to help... NOONE. there was one person working Cash and even though there was someone else waiting in line (other than me), she insisted on having random small talk the with customer who's already made their transactions. I walked out. Apparently with either staff shortage or just not caring they don't care about their customers ill go elsewhere
