b	bald giraffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited a couple times. The most recent visit it was super quiet for a Friday supper. We were the only people there. We were served very quickly. The thing that stood out was that the staff seemed so sad. The staff did a great job putting our order together...hopefully they can smile someday soon.
A	Angela Jackson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst customer service I have ever seen! We arrive at 8:15 pm on a Thursday. Ordering sandwiches and everything is great. Then we get to the other side and I ask if there is still soup because I see containers on the back counter. She says "No, we close at 8:30". I said, "8:30? Not 9pm like most restaurants? When did that change?" She says, "Last month". I came here specifiically for soup because it's cold outside, so now I was irritated. Then she packs all of our stuff into a bag to go. My husband's jacket is already at the table behind us. So I say, "Do we have to leave? Are we not allowed to eat here?" In very broken English she replied something along the lines of "No, sorry only 5 mins". Last and final time I will step foot in this useless establishment. The sandwiches were horrible and tasteless. PS. Google says you should be open until 930pm today. You should think about updating your only form of advertising if you have any hope if succeeding. Word travels fast in a smaller community.

The kids sat at a table and read their books, minding their own business. The guy huffs and rolls his eyes. We asked for certain toppings that he said they didnt have, which were visibly in the bins. They practically pushed us out the door. We were going to stay in to eat our dinner but they made us really uncomfortable so we got it to go. That will be our last visit to this location. Learn some damn manners and basic customer service skills ffs.

We placed an order there for our business for 9 subs and drinks, and the lady that was there, (never caught her name,) was great on the phone, helped me use the coupons we had to the best of their potential, and even helped fill up our drinks and carry them to the car. I was shocked at the level of customer service here. The building is clean and well lit too. I'd highly recommend this location to anyone!

Had to wait for some random guy to come out of the back to take payment. Upon asking for pickles and peppers to be added to my sandwich (this is what I do at every location) I was directed to the counter to the side to put them on myself. I don't believe this is Quiznos policy. If I wanted to make my own sandwich, Id go to the grocery store and get the ingredients to do it, which is what I would suggest to anyone rather then going to this location.

R	Ravneet Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and quick service. Chicken carbonara is best on flavour..crispy outside and tender inside. Pickel slice was perfect though. Broccoli Cheddar soup was the highlight of my meal. Hot and flavourful, regret not ordering a larger size.
