M	Michelle Vick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of disappointed by this store... sorry to say guys... but compared to Petland across the way (by Lowes; which we checked out 2nd cuz of not being so impressed with petsmart... esp their cramped confusing layout and their outrageous prices for a hamster home..$125-300?? get out of here lol!! )... After going to Petland and ultimately having a wonderfull experience.. my son got his very first pet of his own... a cute fuzzy little ?. The entire end cost was approx $150 and that came with months supplies of everything food/water/bedding/toys etc. My kid said it best to me.. "Mom, I don't think Petsmart was very smart to me... " and I "yes, buddy, I very much agree!" . And then we all LOL quite a few times over the story now....( It really reminded me of that "kids say the darnedest things show") Anyways, sorry to rag on u like this Petsmart but you should take a serious look at your competitors... their store layout ... the easy access to info... incl. lots of staff and start up/info pamphlets on a wall when u walk in.. to wider variety of choices for inventory Incl. more reasonable prices! and they had live active setups like mini petting stations that you could instantly access a pet and get right to the good stuff :)

S	Sara Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our dog to the groomers here for the first time. He sometimes has a bit of separation anxiety and anxiety in the kennel. The staff was super nice about checking to understand his anxiety concerns and to ensure he trusted them before taking him into grooming. We got back a bit early and watched how our groomer, Alex D. Was so caring, gentle and friendly towards Miles during his grooming bath appointment. When we picked him up he was a happy pup and even wanted to visit the groomer one more time after leaving the studio! We will be back. Thanks Alex!
c	carissa omey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meant to write this a week ago but got busy. Anyways, I was in on Dec 13th and 20th and was helped by the same amazing employee both times. Hopefully I’m remembering right, but I believe her name is Christie (I’m terrible with names). Now, all the employees there are generally nice when I come in, but I have to rave about this one, cause she went above and beyond to help me. I recently came in with my puppy I just got. She asked if she could give him a treat and say hello, then proceeded to help me find some items and was knowledgeable about all of them. Even showed me the puppy book which I came back and used a bunch of on the 20th. I wasn’t expecting to see her again but we did and it didn’t take her long to remember us. Our second encounter was just as pleasant as the last. Again going out of her way to pull down all the giant dog crates from the very top shelf for me to look at, to struggling to help me try and fit the dang thing in my car a 1000 different ways before we realized it wasn’t going to fit and I would have to come back ? she made my chaotic trip with a toddler and a puppy feel easier. This employee is the kind that makes you wanna keep coming back, as you can tell she really cares about her job, customers and animals. Give this girl a raise or a promotion or something! She’s a gem for sure.
S	Steve M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While helping my kid buy frog food we ran into the most helpful, knowledgeable employee ever. We've found most of the employees here great, but she was awesome. Small red hair lady (didn't catch her name) in the fish area. Very knowledgeable and provided lots of advice to keep the frog healthy and what each option they have provides. Even provided some confidence on proper handling of the live options. We will be back.
v	varun chawla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i am sharing my experience this time my pup got haircut but its hair are uneven as clearly we can see in images around its neck which looks untidy even hair of ears and chest are also shapeless and few small few big seems like unprofessional grooming. (Totally dissatisfied with the service)
