★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a surprise bag today and got a tester eye shadow. Its been used! Giving someone used eye make up with covid going on. Can't enter the store without a mask or hand sanitizer but sells used makeup with no refund or exchanges, lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attempted to visit this store last week and was turned away after refusing to use their hand sanitizer. On the Ardene website in their COVID section they ask for you to sanitize your hands before entering the store and I sanitized before entering. The person working still wouldn't let me shop even after I had explained that I can only use one brand of sanitizer due to eczema. The attitude I received from the worker was uncalled for and it was overall a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to shop and was refused service for not sanitizing my hands even though I was wearing a mask... I work 2 doors down and have been sanitizing my hands all day there is no law for having to sanitize my hands there is a law to wear a mask which I was... then employees proceeded to argue with me and laugh at me for not listening to their request and getting upset! The employees lack customer service and respect for their customers! I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received and will never shop here again! When sanitizing your hands becomes a law then I would understand but I am doing everything I need to abide by covid 19 restrictions I don't need to argue with employees while trying to get my Christmas shopping done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection and well shocked. The ladies at the front were wonderful and very helped. The only reason I provided a 1 out of 5 is because as a paying customer I was not impressed with the lady in the back who was managing the change rooms today. She was very rude when I approached the changed rooms. She then informed me the change rooms are not open for a hour due to lunch. There was no sign that mentioned this instead of being friendly about this she was very rude and made me feel like I was a bother. Overall good experience expect for the lady in the back. Note to anyone going to Ardene’s. Make sure to not go to Ardene’s between 2:00-3:00 pm if you would like to use a change room as they close for an hour for lunch. Or call to check the change rooms are open.
