Her nail was fixed and she was on her way in no time, for an extremely reasonable rate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They did such a wonderful job, and were obviously kind and gentle with him, because he was happy as could be when I picked him up. Barry is a big boy, and very strong- so I know how much work it would take to groom him- so I feel the value was certainly on par. Having a groomer you can trust, that doesn't rush or stress your pet, is worth its weight in gold! My only complaint is that there was no tip feature on the machine, so I will be sure to bring some extra cash with me next time, as it is well deserved!! (The picture speaks for itself! haha)

I had high expectations for the "bigger brand" pet stores that offer grooming services and was pretty disappointed, our dog would be half groomed, cut, or scared. Finally, we found Puppy Tales and it's the only place we will go to from now on. Not only do they do such an amazing job with our dog, but their people skills are top-notch as well. They are very cordial, always kind and patient and you can tell that they are all true dog lovers!

They're very relaxed and can work around our work schedules so there's no rushing to pick her up. Great place, great prices. Go here!

This level of customer service, professional attitudes, and value for your money is a scarce commodity nowadays. 110% recommend!

For the amount I paid, which ended up being $130 plus GST, I wouldn't expect to have to fix some spots on him (trim his bum to make even), trim his tail (untouched), and trim his ears. He smells amazing, and his paws and nail job look awesome. It was a decent job, but will not go back.
