★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of capris back in the month of May at the skyview location. They were too big. I live in Sherwood park and their are not any locations close to me. I called in May asking about their exchange policy. The women said you can exchange at any time their is no time frame for exchanges. A location recently opened up right by my house and I needed maternity Jean's for fall. I went to exchange the capris for the jeans and they said we can't do that. Its past 30 days. The capris were bought for $63 dollars they said they would give me $15 for them. Needless to say the clothes are ridiculously over priced to other maternity stores and I just wanted to exchange for something that would fit. I think that they should have made this right, especially as a one time thing because of what I was told when I called back in May. Very disappointed, I would not give this location any stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is bright and set up well but I'm giving it one star as the last 3 times I've gone in..the lady who seems to be managing the other girls wss so pushy with them.
Tonite was my last straw..in her very loud voice that carried the room..was reminding one of them of how many sales they needed to reach a goal for the night.
I worked in retail for many years..making customers feel like the next $ receipt for their daily books so vocally is very unprofessional. Wont be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice lady behind the counter. Talked to me several times offering help. Very attentive to not only me but others I heard her talking to in the store. Clean and lots of sale items available. When I loved a short she called other stores to find it for me. I didn't give full stars because I wanted some items but they were too high to reach and none of those long sticks available to take it down myself so I had to wait until I had shopped the whole store and then busy lady was letting me into the change room so that was when she had a second to get it for me. But I highly recommend this store. I always get good service. She was just really busy tonight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. Been to this store twice for the Thyme maternity section ...which is hardly a section. Don't waste your time!! I went looking for a dress for a Christmas party...but they only have the "basics". They should really advertise that so people don't waste their time like me.
Second trip, knowing they have the "basics"...I called to ask and make sure they had nylons....that's all I needed. They said yes, but they only had a few styles. I drove all the way there after work (again) only to get to the store to find that they have two pairs left of the same style, in the same size. You would think when I called that they would have mentioned that .
Clearly the staff here is as incompetent as the person who does their advertising.
Literally...The. Worst. Store. Ever!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accompanied a friend here last week with no intention of buying anything for myself since I've never shopped at Reitmans before. We were greeted right away when we came in and this Asian lady was quick to offer suggestions for my friend after asking what brought her to the store that day.
I was also asked if I needed something specifically and I told the lady I was just there to accompany my friend but she also took some time to suggest different styles that would suit me while my friend was trying out the clothes they both picked out. Long story short, I purchased my first Reitmans clothes that day and I would definitely recommend this branch.
I wish I was paying more attention when the Asian lady introduced herself so I could mention her name in this review. I'm not even sure what her position is but she must be a manager as I saw her giving directions to the other staff. If she is, I wouldn't be surprised considering the superb service we got from her.
Overall, I would rate the ambiance of the store and the service 5 stars and I'll shop here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to return a shirt and was a bit over the 30 days policy because I had covid and could not go in last week. They gave me a store credit for way less than what I paid for the shirt. I tried to ask why I couldn't have the full amount back on a gift card as I was going to spend it anyways and they simply responded with it just the policy. Under extenuating circumstances such as having COVID, I would have expected them to be a bit more understanding. I had to make another return at h&m for the same reason and they had no issue giving me the full store credit. Customer service was also not very helpful and understanding to my situation. Very disappointed in the service I recieved today. As a student, it is very frustrating to lose money just like that when the reason is out of my control. I've been a loyal customer at Reitmans for years and have never experienced such poor service.
