d	dan kostic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we came in to look at travel trailers and were greeted by Barb, a nice woman, she took us around and showed us all sorts of trailers both new and used. we didn't buy anything yet but it was sure nice to have someone who didn't pressure you and took the time to open all the compartments and doors and show you the good and bad features. its a nice dealership and we will probably be back.

Now everytime you gotta deal with them they make you feel like your an inconvenience. If you ever have any issues with your trailer good luck. The service department or dealership will not be on your side and you literally have to chase them to find anything out. They also burned me while trading my travel trailer in. After we discussed trade value and made the deal they suddenly "found" an issue with the roof and claimed it needed replaced which wasn't true and dropped the price on the trade. Given the circumstances we had to proceed with deal as we needed a toy hauler and there wasn't much out there at the time. I would HIGHLY suggest making a deal at ANY other dealership for purchase or service.

He made sure we were comfortable and edicated at every point in the process discussing each positive and negative in detail and again not trying to rush us through the process. By the end of the experience we felt like we were friends with everyone we dealt with. Great range of products for every level of customer so can meet any need and price range. They went out of their way and it shows in every facet of their organization.
L	Lisa Cartwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales team deserves a 5 star rating - this review applies strictly to the service department. Avoid purchasing extended warranty at all costs! Learned that lesson the hard way. You will be hard pressed to have most issues covered under warranty. I was also quite disappointed with how dirty the interior of my trailer was after picking it up. I would hope to have it returned to me as clean as I left it when it was dropped off.

Last month of May 2021 ,we called and drop it off for some issues.First they said last year that they will replaced our awning because the time we bought it already there was two pin holes, knowing we didn't received any updates from then..so we follow-up . We called last month they said it's not noted in the file.And we called again they said the new awning arrives but they have to cut it.Second issue the scissor jack was painted over we noticed it as soon as the paint peeled off we see that there is rusted under the paint..looks like they just covered it up, picture shown below, one picture is shown but there is actually three of the said scissor jack are rusted..too bad they said its not covered by warranty..services said that we drove in the gravels that's why its rusted that way..doesn`t make any sense.Driving in the gravels also damage under the carriage but zero rock chips, any rusted mark etc.is none.I mean its bought BRAND NEW not even a year old yet, it should gradually rusted by any means..that requires years and time.

S	Scott Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very friendly, and customer service is amazing I forgot to bring my dogs leash when I went to drop off my trade and do the paperwork, and 1 of the staff members went out and bought a leash so that I never had to leave my dog in the truck while I was inside The parts staff is very knowledgeable, and they were eager to help us out after our purchase Our camper was spotless inside and out, and the walk through was very detailed and to the point, any questions we had were answered right away
