They were incredibly easy to deal with - we did the whole thing over the phone and email; great value - no gouging, fair pricing. Beauty of a unit, tows like a dream all as advertized after several thousand km's. Recently back in for a minor parts issue - my fault! - they continued to be easy, professional and fair.
