Very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us the best deal within our budget when we purchased our first travel trailer for our family. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Darian! They inspected it and fix the 2-3 things that were broken. Great service and no pressure with Mark and his team. I recommend this place.

We picked it up and went straight to our family reunion to camp. the very first day, the awning broke, just barely missing my two young children and my dog. we called the dealership, and we were told it probably wouldn't be covered. we fought them for 3 months, dealing with them (saying it won't be covered) and gulfstream (saying theres no way it wouldn't be covered!) finally we got the awning fixed,, but we also found other issues. and they said they "fixed" them.... no they didn't. they did a fix that never should have been done, and told us to call them in april when they re open, well they shut down! we are now being told that because of the mess they made we may have to completely replace our trailer. This has been a terrible experience for my family and I. and I would not recommend them.

We became a bit cynical about the process because new units just seemed to be a loss waiting to happen and you just didn't know what you were getting into with used units. At Park RV you know exactly what you are getting. Its my impression (and observation) that they wont let an RV off the lot with anything defective. We are really happy with the RV we purchased both in terms of pricing and quality. Moreover, These folks stand by their products. They inspect their units, fix everything that needs fixing, and offer three month free warranties. The other option is to purchase a 4 year warranty that eliminates a significant part of the risk that comes with RV ownership. The guys here are knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and most importantly extremely patient.
R	R Crook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think I would ever purchase another RV here again. We purchased a 2008 Jayco trailer from.them and asked them to install the TV, which they said they would. However when we as newbies picked it up. They told us that they couldn't figure it out. What in reality, meant that half of the trailers plug ins don't work, and you have a lot of expense ahead of you. We purchased this trailer to create memories with our kids as this was the year I beat breast cancer. No, I do not recommend this place.

We were not certain what we wanted exactly in a trailer and had showed up close to closing but that did not stop Tom and Darian from helping us out. They showed us many different models and helped us decide on which one was right for us. So glad we stopped in and now we are happy owners of a new travel trailer ?

He explained to us the different options, asked us about our plans for camping so he could give recommendations that met our plans for camping trips. There was no pressure from Mark to buy something right away, we were able to consider our options and then proceed when we were ready. Darien helped us with completing the paperwork and making sure I had everything needed for getting a trailer plate at the Registry Office, and all the paperwork needed for getting Trailer insurance. Kyle helped us when the trailer was ready to be picked up, he installed the new battery, hitch & related equipment. I would recommend Park RV to anyone looking to buy a travel trailer now or in the future. The staff here made us feel at ease about purchasing a trailer for hopefully many years of camping. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to the staff for everything.
