Be sure to look over the trailer thoroughly for defects before you leave with it.
Make sure they do what they agree to before you take the trailer. Because once you sign them papers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good salesman Perry helped us find the perfect camper for our family. The finance department was also great to deal with. we bought the mouse guarding and trailer was to be cleaned and sanitized. On that note when we got home we found mouse droppings in the kitchen cubbards. So either the mouse guarding is a scam or they didn't clean / sanitize our camper ....!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had problems with our slide while camping 2 hours away from the city on Mother's day. The service manager took our call from home, went over and above working from home to see what they could do for us. We were able to drop it for assessment the next morning and they managed during a very busy time to have it looked at. Her reassurance that she could help us as best as they could made an awful experience much better. She really cares about her clients and we will be forever grateful and recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a New 2020 5th Wheel in the Summer of 2021. It was originally a complete disaster with the deliver, detail, and protection packages but Carefree was able to redeem themselves and we left them a good review.
Fast forward to this spring when we took the 2 x 30lb propane bottles to be refilled only to find out one had expired 2 years ago. Bonnie in service is amazing and has been a blessing but her hands were tied and we were told that we should have brought the expired tank within 30 days of buying the trailer. We spent over 80k on the unit and I guess the joke is on us. It was the RV Tech that did the PDI that should have caught the issue instead of checking it off the list.
So, when buying a NEW unit from here I guess it's up to you to make sure that everything included is also brand new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased our first trailer from Carefree and from the start it was amazing. Mitchell was our salesman and he was fantastic. We told him exactly what we were looking for and that’s what he found us. He was very knowledgeable and an honest salesman. He was never pushy, answered all our questions, and was very kind and polite. He even trekked through the snow in -30 to dig out one of the trailers we asked to see. His co-workers Lance and Jay were friendly and knowledgeable as well. We have never owned a trailer before so we had a ton of questions. They were always answered without making us feel silly for asking. The woman at the parts desk (I didn’t catch her name) was amazing too. She is Very kind and got us all the essentials to start our journey as RV owners. Right from the start we felt like we were in good hands. We highly recommend Carefree RV and when it’s time for an upgrade we will be back!
