★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced an emergency situation at a property where Richard G was the property manager. He was incredibly rude and said he could not do anything (when in fact he could easily provide emergency access to the building as the manager of the common areas). The only solace in my situation was reading the hundreds of similar negative reviews on Google, and knowing that I was not alone. They've now removed all those reviews by using a new profile. Beware of the unprofessional and unreliable service from this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not on top of ANYTHING.... and the condo "president", is THE MOST psycho, unprofessional, and rude woman I've ever spoken to.
.. seriously...Entrances ALWAYS have some pigs garbage there. Been here for 6 years, renting off 2 unit owners. Over the last 4 years, things slowly just got worse. Pieces of the outside rock pillars are falling off.. winter was beyond brutal . I'm only giving my opinion and won't disclose which complex. There's still really gr8 people here. Oh, and dispatch lady seems to hate her job. Not very personable when dealing with people. My 2 cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible property management company for a lengthy list of reasons.
1st and foremost As a home OWNER I would expect to be notified when another condominium in the same complex as I was being treated for bed bugs, where as preventative measures could do wonders. Instead of pointing fingers and dodging the subject at hand, they should learn how to do their job properly like actual adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not respond to tenant concerns and take forever to get anything done. We have been informed that new visitor parking permits were planned to be distributed but it's been well over 6 months and still nothing. Be aware, they will get reviews deleted.
