★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is very clean and well maintained, it is all so very quiet , and walking distance to Oshawa Centre, Super store, Marks work warehouse, location is awesome The building manager Jennifer is great and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would think that during covid they would be on top of the cleanliness in the building. Or even the fact that you're paying $2000 to live here. But they're only worried about how the outside looks to draw In New tenants. The laundry room is disgusting. The walls have holes (shown in other reviews) the building has rats and mice, my husband had to catch a rat in the halls last month. If you need to call for anything during the weekend, or after hours on weekdays because of broken laundry machines or laundry card loader, loud elevator beeping all night, etc, you can't because you can only call on the weekend for an emergency. The staff are always getting fired or quitting, and are constantly rude. This building needs to get it together or lower their prices.
