Also the extra charge for Credit Card is a slap in the face to customers. Other businesses don't do this...every business pays CC fees. They just feel they can because they deal with important documents. Go elsewhere.

Had my bill of sale and insurance and all my info matched on both. Lady told me she couldn't register it, that I had to go back to the dealership and have them change my bill of sale to include my name on it before she would give me registration and a new plate, even though I wanted it in my company name. She argued with me about it so I told her to forget it and I would do it when I got home. Went to my local registry office, took 5minutes and I had registration and a new plate. Completely ridiculous service or lack there of

I had called ahead to the Registry in the fort and got a price for the service I required. I walked into Sherwood Park Registries, no line up, the girl took my form, entered all the info and provided my paperwork in no time! And it was half the cost. Super impressed - will probably do all my business there.
