I called ahead to make an appointment before purchasing a Groupon, and they confirmed the appointment via text the day before but I showed up at the stated time and there was no one there! The whole spa was closed! What terrible customer service and waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the "booking widget" on the companies website, I have used the same booking system for other beauty service providers. Go into the "spa" and it's the person is on holidays. Why have a system for booking when your business clearly doesn't know how to use it or the computer.
