The lady that came to the counter didn't even bother to say hello, didn't ask if I had been here before, didn't ask if I had an appointment, nothing. She just rudely said "and your name?" So I told her, then she asked what I wanted done, so I told her, she told me there was one person ahead of me, and refused to give me an estimated timeframe. I walked out because of her attitude before I even got a cut done. Do not come here if you expect any form of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT go here for a hair cut if U don't have a lot of hair! One stylist literally did not want to waste her time cutting husband's thinning hair- he was TOTALLY INSULTED!! There were No other customers in there at the time as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for a perm, which I had thought would be no big deal, since my hair is only shoulder length. I was not greeted upon arrival, just immediately two ladies came towards me and told me that the perm I wanted wouldn't look good and would be really expensive ($300-$400), when I had called around for a ballpark price, vein for told between $60 and $100 at other establishments. They told me I needed to get a tighter curl, which would help my hair because "it's so flat". My hair was commented on saying it looked bleached and damaged (my hair gets lightened naturally by the sun in summertime). So after getting discouraged from the perm, I decided to just get a trim. The stylist was nice enough, although she washed my hair in cold water, leaving tons of conditioner in my ear which I discovered once I got home. She commented that my hair was "knotty". The trim I got looked nice and I was happy with it, although I left there feeling quite embarrassed after all the comments on the state of my hair.
