S	Seryna Bykewich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don’t get your ears pierced here. i’m sure the hair and massages are excellent but never get your ears pierced with a gun anywhere. the gun makes the backing extremely tight and the stud of my earring got absorbed into my ear and skin had completely covered the whole earring. also was told my earring was titanium but is nickel it wasn’t necessarily just this place but any guns. and they use guns. if u want a piercing go to a professional tattoo and piercing place with highly trained staff. the only good thing was very nice staff and quick service.dont recommend for piercings ever but nice facility.

On the 3rd day I was seen in Emerg and on antibiotics for a week. The salon (and owner) took no accountability and zero steps to smooth things over. They continue to deny that I could have gotten a bacterial infection from the treatment. I am so disappointed in how this was dealt with.

This would have been appreciated last night as soon as I called in. This was something preventative and am still not happy about it. I went in for an eyebrow wax. An hour later, my eyebrows are on fire and tingling. I look in a mirror and they start to look burned. I call Verve, and all they have to say is "do you want me to put a note on your file to not book with her again?" Can definitely say I will not be going back.

I recently called for an appointment at 1:50 pm on wednesday may 11th and the receptionist told me they had no more spots today. She was very rude and rushed and hung up on me before I could ask for a second appointment date. Simply said no, bye and hung up. I called back again and was greeted by the same lady who rushed me through a diagnosis of my injury and didnt give any other options to fit my schedule... I will not be calling back or returning despite my experiences prior. She mumbled her name so I did not hear it but that is not the person who should be dealing with your phones.
