★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nik provided a fantastic massage. I was in bad shape for 2 weeks prior. It is now day 3 after my massage and the pain is no more. What a relief. I recommend Nik. He is so good at massage and very professional and informative.

I had a sport's injury which hurt my lower back, pain was so bad and restricted my body movement. I met Kursheed Patel by chance during a gathering and he booked me in for the treatment.
It was an amazing experience, he tested my whole body and find out not only my back but also my neck needs to be fixed as well.
However he begins the treatment and after first session I felt the pain was gone 100% and also I was able to stretch my body with out any pains.
I would highly recommend for any physio or chiro treatment to go see Kursheed Patel, he is very knowledgeable and experienced physio therapist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refresh, they live up to their name. By the time you are done you will come out of it feeling refreshed. Very well experienced staff. They have male and female physiotherapist. Very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Khurshid recommended me to a female physiotherapist Aman, she did the best treatment for me. She explains everything in detail and I bet all of refresh physiotherapist does that. Someone with the language barrier this place is perfect for them since they speak 5 languages here. You get the the therapist according to your preference male or female. They have all the modern technology with the years of experience. They are following all the pendamic protocol. Sanitizing social distancing and mask. You should definitely try this place, Refresh wellness @Sherwood park is the best. ???
