★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tasked Mr. Stenerson with a tougher sale on house that was re done but the main floor layout definitely needed the right buyer. In a down market for selling Craig really went out of his way trying to appease our needs in selling and also buying. During different viewings of potential homes he offered lots of insight from his years in construction which he has an eye for homes with proper construction . He helped us sell our home and find us our forever home after countless miles and several viewings of different homes. Very accommodating to our needs as sellers and buyers. He also is someone who I never felt like he viewed us clients but made me feel his main goal was for us to be happy with one of the biggest life altering purchases one can make.
