He knew about our neighborhood and what we should set the price of our house at. We sold the house within 4 days and we got over asking price. He did keep in contact with us except about when the house inspection was going to be. We then had to scramble a bit to get out of the house. Overall he was very good except for the house inspection. We would recommend him to anyone!
