They were not only professional but also very personable and made us feel like we were much more than just another sale. The fact that they are highly communicative really helped ease our nerves as well. The time stamps on the emails and messages really show that they work tirelessly around the clock to make sure everything goes smoothly. In regards to arranging for showings they worked with us to ensure the scheduled times worked for all parties. They also provided great tips on how to attractively stage our home for the photos and showings. We really appreciate the incredible work they put in to help us sell our home so quickly. As a first time home owner I had 0 idea of what I was doing and quickly learnt that having a professional team is essential. Sarah went above and beyond to support me and educated me through the process. With the knowledge all three of them have I can confidently say you and your family would be in the best hands. Not only did they go above and beyond but so did all their recommendations, from the mortgage broker, home inspectors and lawyers. Home buying is a wild ride but there is no other team that I would entrust to go on it with than this one. We actually give them 10 stars.

They were upfront and honest when discussing best options for a quicker sell, yet worked relentlessly to achieve the highest return. They guided us through every step of the way, even after their part of the contract had ended. They offered excellent repair and lawyer references and even provided valuable advice in renovations to help boost the sale. Both Maria and Dave were easy to work with, provided regular updates, and made us feel comfortable and confident they would get the job done!
