Put a deposit down on a house, after inspection we decided it was not the house for us(way to many repairs).A week later and we are still fighting to get our money back. For a multi million dollar company they sure have no problem taking your money but sure have a hard time giving it back.
M	MindDaze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trevor Roszell is quite the dishonest individual. A few years ago there were a lot of houses on the market. Was told there was a big bidding war going on all houses. I was told that the south side house went up in price immediately, then he said in the same breath he said it was pending. So went to the next house looked around told Trevor fine this house will be good but he said after only ten minutes in the market said that it went up 10k dollars. I bid at that inflated price and was able to lock on it but I asked for 4k off because of maintenance, the seller agreed to it and that brought flags up because if these houses were in demand the owner would have said no to me. That tells me he is a dishonest lying shady individual. If I could give 0 stars I would.
