He offered advice and suggestions that were personalized and unique to our needs. Responsiveness Steve will respect you time. If I have any real estate related questions, I can count on Steve to answer it on a very timely manner. 2. Hardworking and Flexible Before we finally landed on the home we are going to purchase, Steve helped us scheduled and viewed more than 30 homes during a 3-month period. The best part is, because we live far away from Edmonton most of these viewing are done remotely! 3. Knowledgeable We have no idea of the Edmonton neighborhoods. But Steve helps us identify suitable location based on our needs. Steve also gives great advice during closing, which helped us close in a very hot market at reasonable price point. 4. Professionalism and Kindness When you think of realtor what comes to your mind? Greedy, shady? NONE of these applies to Steve. Steve will give you his honest opinion on the property and how much it is worth. It might be hard to hear sometimes, but I suggest you should listen and think about his suggestions.
