She was very polite, kind, and very clear on the instructions prior to the exam, which helped ease my anxiety. During the test, she told me well in advance where to turn and also where to park. After the test, she clearly explained my mistakes. For those planning to do a road test at this registry, I hope you have the examiner I had.
S	Shubhneet Puri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I went for my road test and failed my class 5 A both the times which is fine since I wasn't prepared very well for my exam and I am not reviewing or passing judgments related to examiner or just for the sake of giving negative feedback even though she did what she was supposed to do and having said that neither am I demeaning her personality anyhow. I am here to say to her that each and every reaction of yours matters. The first thing which you should do it to ensure that the other person feel safe and comfortable while driving. Your reactions whether you giggle on someone's misery of not being able to park the car in the right manner or simply someone forgetting to make the left turn when required. Each and every reaction when you are sitting with the student is a matter of serious concern. I am quoting your line "I am not waiting here to die in a collusion with you" I agree and I appreciate the fact that you had giving me the detailed feedback which I found really good and will help me in the future but as someone who is a patient of anxiety maybe I might have given the test in a much better way if you had made me feel comfortable by not giving me the hints of being judged. I don't know your name and even if I knew I wouldn't have used it here but you really need to calm down and take deep breaths every time you go to "JUDGE" someone in their test. Hopefully, we will never share our paths ever again!

Had to come back the next day and Sofia was about to leave but when she saw me she turned back around sat down and assisted me with my registration which had a situation she only knew about. I'm very thankful for the support like this. Also to note I have never had a bad experience with any off the staff and they are always smiling and happy.

The lady at the reception sensed my state and told me that it’s going to be fine. That helped me. But the greatest help was from my examiner Parminder. She spoke to me before the test and calmed me down. During the test she gave me very clear instructions well in advance so that I could go on at my pace with no rush. She was a great help and one of the main reasons why I passed my test today. Thank you Parminder. God Bless.

They were kind and provided access to the bathroom. Parminder was my examiner, she explained the procedure to me nicely and even advised me to be at ease - I was actually tense ? and I guess it was obvious ?. In all, the entire process was smooth and nice. Thank you ☺️

She would make sure you understand what are your mistakes if you would fail (happened to me), don't get me wrong, she would pass you if you really did a good driving test, but it's the way she advice you after the test, you can feel that she is honest and wants you to be an aware driver in the future. I always remember her recommendations. Can I send her flowers ?
