I bought a 1983 20 bigfoot 5th wheel years ago and when I was updating it, Outback never stered me wrong. Now I just bought a 17 1980 big and redoing it and again Outback RV got my back on this one too. I do most the work on the trailers I bought but when the job is above my skill set Outback RV has done great work at a fair price. The biggest thing at Outback RV are the people working there actually want to help you and not just do thier job. I have been over to the other guys who told me they don't deal with old trailers. Outback RV your personality has only got better with time.

R	Robert Boyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi i sent people i knew to this rv parts place that i pre-phoned first and the young guy seemed great to deal with i have dealt with an older guy in my past that was awesomeness but when I dealt with the female parts lady she had an attitude which again sending people there on the sat she was there and gave attitude and she acted like she didn't want to be bothered so the people I sent left such a shame that this has happened more then once I have sent other people there and the exact same thing has happened she doesn't want to be interrupted or could care less attitude about the customer needs or questions such a shame I will no longer send people in that direction for RV parts I gave a handful of chances and well a person should never have to phone and see if she is there working or not if they are deciding on going there

Since we are from way up North and not knowing what was gonna happen, Vic made it work that I could show up early in the morning. They installed everything with a whole team of people as fast as they could and I made it home the same day so I could drive up on dry roads. This summer we had some warranty issues while we were around Jasper, I called, hoping, but not expecting that they could fix me up. Once again I ended up talking to Vic, he told me " sneak by, we will fix you up ". When we showed up a day later it was crazy busy, but somehow two super handy guys came out, did their thing and one and a half hours later we were on our way again. My wife and I are very happy with our 2020 camper, which is mounted on our 2020 Ford F-350, it's a very comfortable nice looking outfit !

Our Lance 1475 picked us. Very relaxed sales people at Outback. No pressure. None. Outback was very helpful from financing to some minor work on the trailer due to terrible northern Alberta highways and potholes. I would very much recommend them. They know me by first name, which is really nice and telling for a good business. They helped me to enter trailer camping for the first time, what to do, how to tow, how to hitch. Linda at service, is very friendly. The Lance 1475 is a beautiful little trailer, very nice and well thought out design. A hotel on wheels. We have had many compliments. Such a nice product in a small size, and so easy to maneuver in tight campsites that we like, perfect for us. We call our trailer Lancelot. We are very happy with our purchase.
