TLDR: Great experience, with a staff that work with you every step of the way, and a dealership that takes extra steps to see you get in the vehicle you want. Stay awhile and listen. Though things may change between the time you read this review, and the circumstances that we are currently in as I write this, there are a couple things to know 1. The secondary market for vehicles is crazy, pushing prices to unbelievable numbers. 2. There is a shortage in new stock available, with most having to be ordered from factory. I contacted the dealership and ended up talking to Hitesh. I can't stand the back and forth of haggling and misdirection. I asked him for his out the door price, and I got just that. Every step of the way he was pleasant to deal with and forthcoming in whatever I needed. The dealership itself helped me in just getting the vehicle I wanted sooner. As mentioned earlier, most vehicles have to come from the factory at the moment. This is making for 4 month+ waiting times. The dealership did not have the particular package/paint combination on hand or in their order queue. They had a vehicle coming in with the right package, but wrong paint. They checked Toyota's shipping manifest and found another dealership had my vehicle combination coming in, though not as soon as theirs. They traded the one they had coming in to the other dealership just to get me into my vehicle sooner. They could have just sold the one they had coming in and had me wait my turn from the factory. They didn't. They didn't mark up over MSRP. They quoted (and gave me) the highest value for my trade in. All of the staff from, sales, to financing to service just made this the easiest transition possible. Great experience and I could not recommend more strongly.

Respectful service, knowledgeable staff, they wanted to make a sale by selling me what I wanted. When I called with a question, they answered it over the phone and followed up with more information in an email. Have bought two cars from Sherwood Park Toyota in the past 10 years. Exceptional service both times. Steven (sales) and Blake (sales manager) amd Mark (finance) made the whole process simple, friendly and easy and I was on my way with my new ride 24hr after I decided to start looking. The vehicle is perfect for my needs, and they really went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule with the quick turnaround, detailing and finalizing the deal. Jatin Kapoor is a wonderful sales person. He made our new purchase of 2022 highlander so smooth and everything we needed to know. Amazing service! Would recommend! After the boyfriend suffered 2 accidents and wrote off his vehicle, his rental was no longer being covered and he needed a new vehicle before he went back to work in a few days. He was very stressed, as every vehicle he would call about was gone before he could even see it. We were going to see a vehicle he was gonna settle for, as it was the wrong color and specifications, but he was too short on time. We got there, immediately sat down with Anton Li. He was so friendly and optimistic, the boyfriend's mood changed immediately. Anton found the truck the boyfriend was really hoping for and started getting the process started. We then met John Inostroza, who is a total rockstar. He was sympathetic to the situation and had some wicked stories that made the time really fly. The staff here are friendly and helpful and we will be choosing this location for future services and purchases. I also really appreciated how safe and considerate they are with COVID safety. They turned a crummy day into a happy one, and no one had to settle.

Jason wang is the best sale person I have ever met. He is handsome, beautiful, honest and humble. I got my dream car sienna from him. And I would love to introduce my friends to him.unfortunately he has girlfriend, otherwise I would introduce my friend to him too:)

Awesome service, Steven and John were great at meeting a tight deadline and working with me over the phone and email. The 5 hour drive was worth it! Was able to get into one of the last 21's and I absolutely love the truck! A bad dealer experience almost put me off of Toyota, so happy I contacted Sherwood Park Toyota.
