It’s nice to have an honest mechanic nowadays. Not knowing much about vehicles, it gives me peace of mind knowing I have a place to take my vehicle and know I’m getting quoted only for what’s necessary. And Bonnie at the front is so welcoming & helpful. Would highly recommend!

A	Anthony Walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After researching around I went to Robin's because my blower motor for my climate control stopped. Holy Mother of Pearl I have become used to air conditioning! Not to mention having a defrost. Anyway, I was given an estimate of around $450 to replace the blower motor and they would be able to get it in to the shop two days later. Dropped off my 2012 Ford F 150 XLT around 8:30 am. About 11, I got a call from Bonnie, who is a delight on the phone, saying they had the blower motor out but the blower motor resistor under the dash was shot and it would be $280 to replace it. Make it so I told them. what else was one to do at that point? Figured at least it was still under $1000 in total. Around 3, I was called that the truck was ready and went to pick it up. The total cost was $272! They only had to replace the resistor with the circuit board under the dash, tested everything else and the blower motor itself was fine. They also found the heat shield underneath was loose and had supported it so that it would not rattle. I highly recommend Robin's for their good work, honesty and willing to take care of their customers. I will be taking my truck to this honest automotive shop for what repairs I can in the future.

I recently had my tires swapped at a auto dealership and when I went to pay the service advisor told me I needed a new radiator, engine oil seep and brake service. Total cost $1,506.10. My family has been going to Robin’s for at least 30 years and I took my vehicle to Robin’s for a second opinion. Results: There is no radiator leak, minor engine seep which doesn’t need servicing and no need for brake service at this time. Total cost: $57.92. Savings $1,448! Great job Chris & Bonnie!

P	Patricia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest and efficient. My daughters Jeep Grand Cherokee needed the radiator replaced. We called Robins on a Monday and was able to get it in Tuesday afternoon. My daughter had taken her Jeep to the dealership recently for a recall and of course they went through the entire vehicle and said her transmission cooler lines needed to be replaced, I had my suspicions so I asked for the lines to be checked while it was in there. The lines were checked and we were told they were sweating a bit but did not need to be replaced at this time. The radiator was replaced by 2 pm Wednesday and everything is fine. We highly recommend Robins.

I took my truck in for a CV joint replacement and was quoted for it and told they couldn't get the part until 1 day later which I understand in the business. Only to find out 5 hours later they went above and beyond and had my truck ready and under quote. I will be heading back for all work on my truck that they can perform and will be telling everyone what great customer service and honesty this place works with. Highly recommended
