J	John Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are amazing every time i've gone in, whether it be for a wedding party or to shop, the staff is friendly and always helpful. My sisters fiancé and I went in to get a quote for the wedding party. They were so helpful that we ended up getting all our sizes and colours within 45 mins for the 7 of us. BEST SERVICE EVER!

The only reason they have good reviews is because they bribe the clients with a discount to write one. And if you're "to honest" well then they dont agree to give the discount at all. We had the manager (some blonde angry chick) who was the poster child for how to not treat your customer. Was rude, pushy, not helpful, and for some reason allergic to smiling. She was like a dementor from harry potter. Like all the fun was sucked out of the room she was in. My coat didnt fit. The "hemming" on my pants kept stabbing me in the ankle and the price in general for a rental was more than half of what it cost to just order a custom suit you can keep. I recommend this store to absolutely nobody and hope they revamp their staff and business model moving forward to establish a better reputation and service platform. Derks... you really let us down
T	T K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give zero stars if I could. The place is a total scam right from the get go. Looked on their site and was told that every boot I was interested in was in stock, great news, right? Wrong!! Go all the way to Whyte Ave, fight for parking, go in and nothing in stock?? There was one boot in my size, one. Needed boots right now so it felt a hair wide, but I figured wearing all out boot socks would fix that. Got home and tried, but no luck. Went in the next day and was told that nothing could be done. It's 2019, no return policy?? (Was never informed that the store had such archaic policies, ever). Ended up talking to a manager, Lilly I believe so said that their website shows distributor stock (who does that? I don't care what your distributor has, I care about what I can walk into the store and see) but that she'd be willing to bring in another style of boot for me and contact me the next day. It's been a week now and no contact. So now they have my money, but I don't have boots. My bank is starting a fraud investigation on the transaction. Avoid this place like the plague it is, I found with a bit more searching some local places with amazing customer service and they actually have stock
G	Garnet Coria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am getting married July 23, so my groomsmen and I decided to check out a few places around the city for rentals, or possibly purchasing. We were serviced so well as soon as all 7 of us showed up. Sandra took measurements and was very accommodating to all the different colors of suits we wanted to try on. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go anywhere else but Derks. They are a local Edmonton company, and their prices were more competitive than the other stores we looked at. Because the pricing was so fair, we actually decided to buy, versus renting suits. Thanks Derks!
A	Aaron Tran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I've been here it was odd at first because I had a woman who helped me get fitted for a suit for my brother's wedding told me she didn't have the color for the my sized while my brother 2 other groomsmen got fitted for their suit with the colours. It didn't feel like she knew what she was doing because she kept asking this other gentleman for help non stop. Later on the gentleman took care of my suit jacket fitting and he was much more helpful than her.
N	Nancy Culyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a face mask for a while, wanted a cloth mask that I could wash and reuse. I came across Derks website and liked what I saw. I initially ordered two masks and liked them so much that I ordered three more(in different colors). I like that the site shows how to measure your face for a proper fit and the amount of different colors available. I was in touch with Kelsey about my order and his response was quick and even though the conversation was by email he seemed to be friendly. I actually emailed him to ask where I could post a review and my question was quickly answered. I would definitely recommend buying a mask from Derks Uniform.

S	Spencer Wold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little to no communication after placing online order with Derks Uniform for boots ordered over 2 weeks ago. No tracking or updates via email. I had to call 3 times, with a promise of being called back when they were not busy each time, until I was finally able to speak to someone. Was told my order was being shipped from Europe directly from manufacture and would take another 4 weeks. What?? What’s the point of ordering boots from you, a local retailer, if you’re literally just placing my order with the manufacturer overseas? I could have done that myself. I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to needing these boots for work sooner than that timeline given and Derks was very accommodating for that + the refund. Please update your website to express what you do versus do not currently have in stock and if I’m paying $20 for shipping alone… and it’s THAT delayed, it would be appreciated to be updated accordingly. I’m usually a advocate for Derks, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
