★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was negotiating on a vehicle after the sales rep sent me a link to a vehicle with a list price and then the very next morning ("when his manager returned") he sends me a quote reflecting a price $2,400 higher than the list price without saying anything when he knew full well I was trying to see what their best price was, not to see how much above list they could mark it up just hoping I accepted it. After I brought it up he said "oh we increased prices last night". Highly unprofessional tactics. I will be looking elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, staff isn't trained, sales managers are extremely rude, met one of the sales manager's on a deal and he refused to listen to our needs according to the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. They kept sending messages later and were so incompetent to even understand we weren't interested anymore, talked to the manager about that Never got an apology for their misbehavior, same day got another call again from a sales person who wanted us to look at another vehicle. If you really want to do business maybe learn how to talk and treat all customers of color and faith.

Cameron was very helpful, truthful, and trustworthy throughout the sales process. He helped me get a better deal than I could hope for. He was truly on the side of the customer. The financing process was quick and painless. I didn’t meet any negative or upset people regardless of the high stress occupations that they all have. Very positive experience at this place. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a small truck for about 6 months. Prices are out of control. Every other dealership has more than a 20% markup, and they're selling used cars for new prices. I saw a truck come up at Sherwood Buick and GM, and within hours it was mine. I do not live local. I had the deal completed same day, negotiated a very fair deal, ALL FOR A GOOD PRICE! The next day, a competitor in the area listed the SAME year and spec truck for 13k MORE with the SAME KM'S!!!!!
I feel fortunate to have found a dealership that treated me well, and sold me a vehicle without first putting short term profits first. I would 10000% recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s mixed reviews for me. They got me the exact vehicle I was looking for with my exact specifications and options but not the colour I wanted which wasn’t a deal breaker. It was after the deal was done and things fell apart where promises were made and yet have not been delivered upon as of yet. I ended up spending 4 hours at another dealership making sure everything was good because not everything was finalized from Sherwood Buicks end. Had to do lots of work after the sale to complete items that were promised would be taken care but were not taken care of and still not addressed.

I dealt with Taylor in Sales,Jade in Finance and Jordan. After they heard what had happened they went out of their way to make things right with my truck purchase. Taylor kept in contact with me every step and answered any question I had. Between Taylor and Jordan they were able to ease the frustration I had from the previous dealership.
