Honest, timely service. I have been a client of Geoff's for many years with different makes and models of cars and never had a problem. One particular experience comes to mind, where I had been given a quote for a major brake overhaul (about $1,800.00) by a "brake specialist", franchise garage in Edmonton. Geoff inspected the vehicle and determined that all that was required, to correct the spongy feel of the brakes, was a brake fluid flush and fresh brake fluid and we should try that option first. He was right and the for around $100.00 the brakes were as good new.

I have had a lot of different vehicles and have taken them to a lot of different mechanics and Geoff is the top of the list. He is honest, professional and fast. If you ever need an honest opinion on a vehicle and need someone to get the job done right put your trust in this shop.

Fantastic place. Took my BC vehicle here for a out of province inspection as we have just recently my bed to Alberta. Good friends of ours recommended This garage and they were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend them as they were fair and honest.

Geoff has been our go to mechanic for years. We have taken many different vehicles to him for servicing and work over the last 8 years or so and have always had great experiences. He has always done excellent work for us. We always know bringing out vehicles to him that he isn't going to try and charge us for a bunch of stuff that doesn't actually need fixing. Their communication is excellent as well. Every time that I've had a vehicle in, they always call with updates to let me know of the costs for the repairs or other issues that they have come across. I would recommend to anyone to bring your vehicle here. They are honest and very professional people.

We took in our vehicle, for a minor repair, and after, we reviewed the video captured on our in-vehicle camera. The video can be started from my smartphone. The vehicle sat for over 30 minutes before the mechanic even opened the hood. The repair took half an hour to complete, but we were charged 1.5 hours for labor. When it was time to pay the bill, we asked where he got the parts from, and all he said was "from my distributor, with a warranty". Then there were like 4 things that were listed on the invoice that needed attention. We shouldn't have to pay extra labor for the mechanic to look for things that need attention. Uncalled for. If he can't tell you where he gets his parts from, I'd be skeptical. Just fix what we asked to be fixed, don't try to upsell us services that we don't need. We appreciate things that may need attention, but that's not why we brought our vehicle in. It's too bad we didn't get washed, before we got rinsed. We will not be bringing our vehicle back for any repairs. When you can't see what goes on behind closed doors, video stands tall.

Out of province inspection was requested which produced a pile of wee little things, some legitimate some not based on the checklist, which I looked up on the internet. Required I replace front rotors, I didn't question it, bought new rotors and installed. Measured the old ones that were identical in thickness, realized the mechanic made a mistake looking up the specs. The whole process was slightly adversarial driven by the attitude of the front counter guy from the beginning, I felt as though they were trying to find work for the shop. When I got a little worried I picked up the car and took it to another shop to address the legitimate items. That made the closure of the inspection list even more tense. The attitude of the front counter guy was poor, I will not go back, didn't appreciate the experience I was dealt. BTW I would have given him all the work if I felt I could trust, that's what's missing.

We were told our car was fixed, fast forward to a year later and when we go to sell the car the new buyers had it checked and the problem was not fixed. We were told we needed new brakes and we charged for them. We went here on a recommendation, numerous times over serveral years and 2 vehicles. Each time the original problem persisted or a new one would come up. I was always worried we were being taken but didn't want to believe it as they are a long running local business but the facts don't lie. We have changed mechanics and have had no problems.
