I've had five or six treatments now, and the staff have been wonderful and treated me with such kindness and respect every single visit. Having to come in without makeup and with stubble can be a dysphoric experience that they keep completely judgement free.
Ella has been my laser aesthetician throughout this whole experience, and I could not have asked for a more wonderful tech. She's always so friendly and excited to see me, and her constant check ins to make sure whether or not its too painful really helps the process.
I love this place, and I'm lucky it exists. I recommend, whole heartedly!

Lisa and her team are knowledgeable and friendly and have always provided a great job explaining the process and making me feel at ease.
Over the years I’ve done laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, laser facials and today I had their top of the line Hydrafacial. I chose the Platinum Hydrafacial and it included a plethora of services (cleaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peel, serums and collagen, light therapy…) all under 1 hour so is a great efficient way to tackle lots of concerns.
I’m always happy with the results and know I’m getting a great service and also at a good price.
I’d recommend Lisa and her team to everyone looking for a welcoming, knowledgeable and down to earth approach. No upselling or pushing services you don’t need here.

I feel extremely comfortable when at the laser room and I love Lisa who does my removal! From stranger to becoming friends, Lisa even sent me flowers when I expressed how much my new job was stressing me out and how upset I was. It was a kind gesture I will hold onto for life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed in the recent 50% price increase! I did not receive any email notify me of the change and when I booked my recent appointment there was no communication of an up coming price increase.
The most disappointing thing was the firm response from the receptionist and no apology or offer to honour the service price at the time I booked the appointment.
Such poor customer service. I am happy to support businesses facing increased costs, but this steep increase and how this was dealt with by the staff will result in me not returning. I will also be passing on my review and opinion of this business.

Lisa and the other technicians that I’ve had several different services with have all been amazing! They are very professional, make me feel comfortable and offer great self care advice. They have recently moved locations that they’ve worked tremendously hard to acquire. It’s a great space. This business like many others has had challenges the last couple years. They have persevered and have been forced to increase their fees. I received notifications of this increase and understand the reasoning. I love the lunchtime laser facial and the hydrafacial services. I've found Lisa's location by jacek chocolate to be clean and very affordable compared to other clinics and their pricing.
