★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the last day of our visit over the holidays our 2010 Odyssey sliding door was stuck OPEN! Plus it was extreme freezing temps. All the mechanics and dealerships I phoned were either closed or booking up to two weeks out to even look at it. YouTube didn’t solve it either. Darin at Sherwood Park Honda gave me confidence in his expertise over the phone and accommodated us Immediately. It was such a relief! In under 10 minutes he got us safely on our way so we could drive back to our home in Wyoming, USA in a timely manner. Thank you again, Darin and the impressive team at Sherwood Park Honda!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a Terrible experience with Koch ford trying to sell me a used damaged vehicle that was not disclosed to me and the pictures did not show the damage I left after being accused of lying and tying to get out of the deal which was not true at all I had full intentions of buy the truck until I saw it.
We’ll the day turned around While at the Koch We searched auto trader and found a 2022 F350 at Sherwood Honda tried to see if Koch could find something similar they said no refused to return my deposit so we left.
We called Sherwood Honda right away to see if it was available and they responded immediately.
And they said yes so we went there and met Ricardo from sales who was amazing and helped us with everything
And then Shibani the Finance lady was awesome
And Merv the manager came in introduced himself was so welcoming
If you are ever in for a Honda go to Sherwood Honda and if looking for a used vehicle check out their selection first .
You will be treated with respect !

He's a super friendly guy and was very patient dealing with my indecisiveness, helping me navigate (?) through our options. Literally walked me through everything and gave me the best deal, he was never pushy or impatient, he took the time to explain everything that I needed to know, and made sure I was comfortable with what I was purchasing! After shopping around I decided to go back to Sherwood Honda because of Ricardo. This was my first car purchase and it was extremely simple and straight forward. Ricardo was very honest and upfront with me throughout the whole process. Courtney in finance was wonderful too with explaining everything to me!
