★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m very disappointed with my experience at Sherwood customes I dropped off my deleted l5p because it was throwing service emissions codes and I understand that this is not an easy repair because the l5p has a complex ecm but they assured me that it would be no problem to fix my problems and reflash my truck. After spending some time on it I had to call them 3 times over the day to finally get through to someone and they told me they didn’t know what was wrong with my truck they then charged me almost 600 dollars to tell me I’ll have to take it elsewhere I’ve since taken it to alpha diesel in Calgary and they found corrosion on the emissions system plugs that had been capped off they also found that my tune file had been corrupted from Sherwood customs trying to flash it they repaired and reflashed my truck with a whole new tune because the old one was ruined for half of what Sherwood customs charged me to tell me they didn’t know what was wrong with it will not be going back and letting my friends know to never go there very misleading and poor service
