★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He really dose go out of his way , to make sure your happy , I was recommended to him by other tech , I first I was unsure , after buying a laptop there .. not to much longer after I bought it . I had a battery issue he order me one right away , no hassle ;) love there service and so friendly , will be sending others here ,
This store is over a hour away from me , but still worth your drive ..

I've had these fine gentlemen replace the screen on my iPad three times over the past five years. The service is always quick and the work excellent.
I've had the screen on my daughters iPhone replaced. It looked brand new...
I've had the battery in her iPhone replaced and when there was a problem with the battery (it expanded because she wasn't charging it correctly) they replaced it with no complaint or extra charge!
Over the years I have recommended Uniway Sherwood Park to anyone I see with a cracked screen. These guys provide excellent service and do quality work.
Today I will be taking in my iPod. Hopefully they can fix that too. I highly recommend the Sherwood Park Uniway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t have a good experience with the Sherwood Park store on the weekend simply because the weekend associate working has absolutely no customer service skills. The weekday associate with whom I spoke on the phone was quite knowledgeable and I regret not going on a Friday ... wasted my time on a Saturday coming as the weekend guy was very unhelpful. My issue was not resolved and he still charged me labor for nothing ! I don’t think he had the knowledge to just take a back up from my desk top.. no rocket science and I had it done elsewhere.
I shall return to the store however and make sure it is a weekday ! I have had several good good experiences with Uniway and I will not let it spoil because of one person
To the store manager - please have someone well trained and polite on weeeknds as that is when a lot of customers are able to come

Customer service is excellent.
You can trust this store for an honest repair.
I had my phone back in my hand in 30 minutes looking good as new.
Highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I build all my own computers and am a technology wizard, so, for a small computer shop to impress me is a real deal.
Everyone I know now uses good quality Dell and HP laptops from this store... they are fairly priced and they do upgrades on the spot so I don't have to spend my time at home anymore doing it when I can be doing my business.
In an emergency they are there with extra parts and power supplies, and they have a decent selection of very cheap monitors for our office/multi-display needs.
There's cool goodies in the shop like truck lighting and a good selection of premium office towers by good manufacturers that can be cheaply upgraded to use for productivity.
They advertise on Kijiji as well, and I found them that way... and the deals are as good or better than private sellers with similar equipment (laptops for me) and from a safer source.
I find the guy at the counter to be pleasant and helpful... as a serious nerd with a growing business and no interest in spending my evenings messing around with garbage equipment at home or at work... this is a good solution for me.
When I need to buy 3 to 6 laptops for my workers and wife and myself.. or one for a buddy who needs a trustworthy machine for everyday use... this is where I'll go.
The laptop and monitor in the photo are bought there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to return a computer that I bought less than 24 hours earlier. They would not take it. Yes they sneak “no returns” onto the receipt without telling you so they feel justified in doing this. But of course this is terrible customer service.
