D	Dan Pelensky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F45 Sherwood Park is absolutely awesome. It is always a hard workout, but you see results. The thing I love best about F45 is that the workouts are designed in a way that you can go 5-7 times a week. You do a day of cardio followed by a day of resistance, so you don't need to take days off making it easier to make a habit. Due to COVID F45 is currently in a modified format where everyone has individual boxes that are spaced out, and you don't ever share equipment with anyone, and everything is sanitised before and after you use it. Even before Sherwood Park had a mandatory mask policy, F45 Sherwood Park enforced it in common areas (not while working out), which shows me they care about your safety. That's not even mentioning how much they watch your form and correct you when you aren't doing it perfectly! Now the best part - the owners are great; Danni does the workout every morning at 5:30 and is always a ray of sunshine for us streaming in for the 6:30 class still half asleep. The trainers are incredible (especially Kelsey, Kat & Frank who I see the most!). You get a ton of corrections and feedback, and the exercises can all be modified if they are too easy or hard. It's nice to get feedback from different people as they put it differently, and sometimes it takes something being described differently in order to sync in. I am so glad I found F45 Sherwood Park and am part of F45 Sherwood Park fam!

Never would have believed you if you had said I would be a morning fitness person...but here I am doing 530am classes and loving it! You will be hooked. Its always different, which I love. Trainers are so supportive and motivating. The owner delivers absolutely outstanding customer service. Personally called me to help me out with the logistics of my schedule. Im so so so happy to have found 'my spot'. The smile on my face since I started says it all. Highly recommend!

I really like that the vibe in the studio is friendly and calm, not filled with over the top "motivational" hype. The trainer I had was really helpful and made modifications to exercises when I needed them. Great experience.

The plethora of equipment is already set up, the screens guide you through the workout (that’s always different) along with a coach who’s looking out for you and giving encouragement through the challenging classes. The studio itself is beautiful, I remember when this location was a restaurant. This isn’t my home gym but when I’m in the city visiting family I’m glad I can still get a workout in!
