★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't going here the customer service is so poor they don't respect the customer's time or understand the situation. The agents here can't do anything they have to ask permission from the underwriters. The underwriters will ask you to jump through hoops just to get you insurance. The agents try to help but realistically they can't do anything. Worse experience I have ever had. Please don't go here nothing will get done in time and the underwriters don't respect customers as people.

The quick communication I received consistently with Shalini is customer service at its best.
These guys are a great company, competitive rates and, most definitely in an age where customer service is forgotten, wonderful example of 5 star customer service.

Great person to deal with she’s extremely friendly ,responsive and I highly recommend seeking her out for any Insurance needs you have . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a claim with Desjardins so I can't comment on that side of things. But my experience with canceling has cemented that I would never go back to this insurance company. When calling to retrieve a cancelation figure, I was given a "ballpark figure" that the individual I spoke to did not record. Or in fact even ensure was accurate. Turns out the fee was much higher than expected. Apparently, they can give you a ballpark figure and it doesn't count as a quote to them. Super unprofessional and if something as simple as cancelation fees are this difficult, I can't imagine how dealing with a claim would go. Please take your business to an insurance company that is professional and organized!

We recently needed to switch registration quickly for a fast used vehicle purchase, and Kishore responded so quickly and worked efficiently to make sure everything could happen for us in time without us needing to come to his office and he walked us through all the paperwork we needed to do.
I appreciate the customer service I've received by everyone I've interacted with in the office. My previous experience with a low-cost insurance broker was frustrating, and communication was challenging. I've felt much more secure and confident in my coverage since switching.
