★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 Stars for an insurance company?! Yes, absolutely. I’ve never had an insurance company go as far out of their way as these guys. No, they’re not paying me. So far; actually footing a temporary “out-of-pocket” expense I would have otherwise paid, just to get me on the road. Never thought one of my best customer service experiences would come from an insurance company! Andrea Simmons totally rocked it. Her boss better treat her well!

I’ve been dealing with First Canadian for about 8 years through Service Departments for different automotive manufacturers and he is, by far, the best person I’ve ever spoke with! All people have been great but he stands out as he always goes above and beyond.

She was very helpful with providing the right information to me as well, helping me find a nearby repair center. It was very stressful but she made it a very easy and simple process to have my tires replaced. She was very prompt with returning my calls and emails. Thank you so much once again and I highly recommend First Canadian Insurance Corporation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always easy to deal with, also things are simple, if something is covered, its covered, no grey areas and no arguing with the highly knowledgeable adjusters. I'm always impressed with how fast the claim process is, my email approval is usually less then 5 minutes after the call. ( I have waited Hours from other companies) I typically contact the same adjuster each time and he ( Jacky ) is the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased an extended warranty with Millennium when we got our car 5 years ago. The policy have a "claim free premium refund" feature which was the main reason why we got the policy. When the policy expire in March, we contacted the company by phone and immediately connected with the right person, Martin (Claims dept). Martin was very helpful, he answered my question and promptly emailed me the claim form to fill. We emailed back the form and documents on the same day, and received a cheque in 8 days, which is super efficient consider most people are working from home these days. We are very happy with this experience, and will not hesitate to buy extended warranty from Millennium in the future.

I worked with Leo this last time and he was super friendly while helping me through the claim. All the other staff have also been nothing but pleasant to deal with.
Definitely a great warranty company

I had a claim that I was trying to get approved and my representative Patrick helped me every step of the way. I’m almost sad that my time with this company is ending. But I know that if I ever needed any of these services again I would not hesitate to come back to First Canadian or Recommend them to my family and friends. 10/10. Thanks so much for the amazing service guys!
