★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. They called us and left a message saying that there were errors on our policy and also advised that they had charged us too much. Tried calling many times only to be told that they were too busy with other clients to take our calls. We even got hung up on.
When we finally talked they were even too busy to pull up our file to discuss the errors and over charge.
Was told that they would look into it but still to date no call or answers.

Apples do not fall far from the tree!! Recently after purchasing a new vehicle I got put through to Colton's Voicemail. Part of the Knott family (Greg's son) He returned my call with in the hour. Was dedicated, patient and I truly felt like he jumped through hoops for me to make me happy. Well trained, knowledgeable and very pleasant and patient.
