When Ann Brady opened Toast in St. Albert in 2015, little did she know how well the restaurant would be received. She had owned several tea rooms in Ireland, so when she opened Toast here, she offered a menu of Canadian breakfast classics with an Irish flair. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great breakfast here Sunday morning. Kinda a hidden gem I’d say in Sherwood park. I was blown away when our server said they have been here 2-3 yrs. There is no big sign on baseline or any serious advertising that I’ve seen. The place is super cozy and has a dinner appeal to it,was super clean. Service was terrific. And the food was delicious and the price point was spot on. My wife had the oatmeal and I had the the surfer Benedict. Both came out hot and looking good. Cooked perfect. I will need to try this place out again to insure consistency. For the 5th star. But I don’t see that being to hard. This place is worth a visit. Better than IHOP it Coras or tuti fruity in my opinion.
