★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered pizza, got there, was told it would be 5 more minutes. Stood waiting for 15 minutes, she served 3 more customers and my order was in the heated storage as it had been done the entire time she was just very bad at her job. Wasted my time didn't apologize and lied about my order.
Way to go guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 2 hours through Skip The Dishes and didnt hear anything from anyone. Actually drove to the restaurant to ask where our food was and I quote "We ran out of DOUGH.... and we aren't working with Skip The Dishes tonight". No apology and no refund ("Skip does that".) Unacceptable and disappointing, terrible excuse. We get stuff happens but don't leave hungry people out to dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's probably sad to admit, but our more frequent delivery guy makes my day! Last delivery he paid me a compliment that made me appreciate him. He said he would miss my smile and friendliness if we stopped ordering. I know he's probably said it to many others, but feeling special for that moment has meant so much, especially in the past couple years.
