★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here for most of my truck parts. Service is good for the most part, sometimes a little rushed if you get the wrong person. Usually more than willing to help a guy figure out what exactly is needed. Prices are a little high on some things. As with anywhere, be diligent and check multiple suppliers for better price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the Sherwood park location on Saturday to pick up a reflective bulb for my work vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with no lineup and a gentleman by the name of Luke who immediately saw to my needs. He cared enough about his job to look up my vehicle and suggest that perhaps LED bulbs would be applicable due to the 5-year warranty on replacement and the fact they didn't burn out as much as my normal reflective front lenses. It's always nice to see a guy care about his work. Two cookie treats for Luke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grumpy place for that lady today at Main blvd sherwood park. Never ever smile and never make a good conversation with the customer and she thinks she is the master of parts and what happened next is she gave me a wrong part ? She is so arrogant and good thing i checked it with the other older guy which he is a very nice, patient and helpful in getting the right part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this Napa 2 days in a row, for different parts and both days they told me they had them. So both days I drove an hour to get there and both days they DIDNT HAVE EITHER PART. I even asked them to double check out back and make sure they were there and I was told they seem them back there. And still didn't have it. Had to drive across town to another napa for the first part and the second day they didn't even have one at any Napa so I had to go rushing around at other stores to find the part. I gave them 2 stars because atleast they are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owen has the absolute best customer service I have ever seen, and the most patience too. I could tell he was a newer associate and was trying to deal with a very rude, impatient customer who wanted nothing to do with him and handled the customer with respect and grace. I would come back and ask specifically for Owen because he honestly handled himself excellently in this situation. Kudos to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On March 24,we bought camshaft sensor and asked for 2 pin but inside the box was 3 pin. We went back to have it exchanged but only available the following day. The mechanic then had to come back the next day. When he opened the box, found out it has already been used. We again have to go back and return the item, but they said "we can not take it back because your mechanic has used it". How could that be possible the mechanic is my brother, he opened the box in front of us in my own garage. The sensor from my van has not been taken out yet. They were insisting that we used it. It is a 45 dollar item, I'm not going all the way to swindle people for such amount. They were saying it was inspected, then how come we got an old used item. It is very frustrating we have supported this store for many many years but after this we will never go back. Selling item that has been used and blaming costumer about it is not right.
