★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic experience at Kal Tire on Tuesday afternoon. I had a rounded off nut and needed some experts to rectify my error, they were fully booked but realised my problem was a major concern. The car was in and out in under 20 minutes and all fixed up, they did not charge me and I was over the moon with thier service.
To the manager at Kal Tire you have an awesome workforce under you and are an absolute credit to your location.
I will be recommending your team 100% if anyone approaches me for tire issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this location for a single wheel re-torque. I mentioned to the staff that the initial work was done at a different location and they were still happy to help. Very friendly staff. Great experience. I would absolutely bring my vehicle to them in the future! Overall excellent vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super poor experience, would recommend any other tire shop in the area over this one. After they gave us faulty tires that wore through in a couple months, and told us various lies going back and forth about the cause, they then proceeded to charge us for the replacement. Only to discover they put the wrong tire back on, which was the cheaper version of the original tires that we paid for. Nothing but a money scam, they’ll tell you that you have to rotate your tires every 5000km and get an alignment likewise. Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great. Kal was the only tire shop in the area that had the 6" tube I needed to fix the wheel on my ride on mower. Its a small job but they managed to squeeze me in despite being very busy. Will and Walter at the front desk were great. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my 2 children with me and my husband when I got my tires filled. One of my tires had bubbled after and I didn't realize it until a person told me while I was stopped at a stop sign. I called Kal Tire and they had told me to come back in. They were extremely busy as it was -30 outside. They were able to change out my tire within the hour as I has both kids in the store with me. I went to pay and they told me it was alright and not to worry about it. To go into the new year with a safe and reliable vehicle with my little family. My kids are both under 2 years of age. I just want to say thank you for your promptness in this matter and it was beyond appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today for a “drive in” appointment because I happened to be passing by. The guys fixed the plug that my tire needed which was great! Took me in right away with a short wait time.
They also went above and beyond to help me clean out the bottom of my truck from all the built up snow and ice. It was extremely bad from getting caught in the snow drifts earlier in the week. They made sure everything was safe and nothing was going to get damaged by future freezing from what was caught up below.
Overall, I will be coming back and I will be recommending their location to my friends and family. Give this place a shot cause they have a great team!
