I was very happy that I did. The staff are very personable and knowledgeable, and they do not pressure prospective buyers. Overall a great experience, and a big shout out to Paige, my Product Advisor. She made such a large value purchase an enjoyable one.

I purchased the unlimited oil changes and very glad I did! They are very helpful and my Mazda is still running great. I highly recommend Park Mazda and some day hope to buy another car from them.

As soon as I came through those doors, my experience has always been exceptional. I'm not one to get my vehicles serviced at dealerships ("because they're expensive"). But Park Mazda has competitive pricing and they don't attempt to up-sell any services. They've told me exactly what is needed for servicing with complete transparency. Their service is exceptional because after you drop your vehicle off, their mechanics provide you a video before starting the service (never have I seen this service provided by any other mechanic or dealership) and then the service rep shoot out an email follow-up breaking down services and pricing and the option to opt-in/out of a service without any pressure. At the end of it all, you receive a copy of your receipt with exceptional detail on why and how a service is completed. They also offer complementary car washes with every service. Like I said, the service experience has been phenomenal. I'll definitely be going back to them for a long time. The experience of owning a Mazda is like no other with Park Mazda. My wife owns a Jeep Wrangler, and I feel spoilt compare to her experiences with the Jeep dealership.

My sister and I drove it on a route Kristina recommended for us. Kristina helped show me some cool neat features of the vehicle as well as was super gracious passionate and considerate when I was preparing to take on this vehicle and also while I was falling in love with the car. It was a great experience. Kristina then pointed me towards Edwin and eventually Van who were both very very very patient, understanding and accommodating when I was getting down to the hard work of being able to drive home with my dream car. They worked with me I worked with them and together we were able to pull of a miracle approval. Seriously a miracle approval. Large part due to their work and their willing to help me out.
