★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine told me about the bookworm and I was so curious that I decided to go and check it out. I didn't even know a used book store existed in Sherwood Park.
This place is amazing! I am a huge fan of historical fiction and they have one of the best selections I've ever seen in a used book store, plus the staff was very helpful and gave me great recommendations! I highly recommend checking this place out because they are a really great local find. I am definitely going to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love used books...you can get 5 for the price of a new one...and I like that we have a used book store right in Sherwood Park so I don't have to go into the City. I periodically raid her kid's section because she has a lot and I can grab a whole pile for $20. Good romance, historical fiction, fantasy, true crime and general fiction selection too. The owner is super helpful and I get to support a local business. Win-win!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today and purchased Catch 22 and I Am Legend. The store and the owner were awesome! This place is always what I imagined when I thought about ‘small family-owned bookstore’. Everything is very neat and clean, and theres a great selection of books.
The owner was very knowledgeable about the books, and knew so much off the top of her head. I think I’ll start reading more just so I can visit this store more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing bookstore with incredible service! The owner is polite and helpful, and her selection is amazing. I personally like older books, specifically mystery/suspense, and this bookstore is FULL of them. Sadly, the only thing this phenomenal bookstore does not have are many books in other languages.
This is still by far the best place to go for books in the entriety of the area, and The Bookworm will have my patronage for as long as they are open and I am able.

Sign says open and website too but doors locked. Standard mailbox greeting with no information on store hours. Quite a few people left disappointed. I'm surprised how many people were here for opening and stood until 1130 hoping for the best including me.
Too bad.
