★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an update to a review I did on Lowe’s a couple of years ago. At that time I was not a happy shopper. BUT, things have changed -big time. Now, the service from all staff throughout the store has vastly improved. They pay attention to their customers. They offer help without being obnoxious. The checkout can be a bit of a bottleneck, but the checkout folks are fast, friendly and very helpful. I have been there three times in the last two weeks because I could not find what I wanted elsewhere. Pleasantly surprised. I may become a regular here for home improvement and garden supplies. Also, they have a nice setup to display their kitchen and bathroom products. Great improvement Lowe’s. Now I’m a happier shopper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give lowes 5 starts because they are the only place that actually carries the most variety of black + decker tools which I basically rebuilt my basement with. No other stores seen to have much or any black n decker just DeWalt Milwaukee, Makita and Ryobi and rigid I feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this Lowe's Store Rocks! It has the latest gear for all your lawn needs including the EGO brand chainsaws, trimers and leaf blowers. This EGO brand is outstanding and I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered BBQ brushes here few months ago. Even though the ordered items were not delivered to me, the tracking showed me it was delivered. So I made a call to the customer service, and the guy in the customer service told me it was shipped out so there was nothing to do on their end. I called a manager and told him what was happened to me, but he didn't anything to me and transferred the call to the guy I have told a bit ago and I was told I would better contact delivery company BY MYSELF. They didn't even apology about this matter at all, and kept saying nothing to do with this. AMAZED. Three weeks later they sent me my order without any excuses. AVOID!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their lumber team is helpful. Just have never been told to prepay lumber before, which is fine. We paid for it, picked out lumber we needed, and headed to the car, and then I got chased down by the cashier to prove I’ve paid for it. I thought it was a bit strange and my husband pointed out it’s never happened to him (white male) in any stores. Not sure what systematic problems is playing against me here, but if a store is worry about theft the Costco system is quite effective without discrimination.

As soon as I walked in, a staff member asked if they could help me find something and when I said I needed flooring, she walked me to the area and introduced me to the person who worked in that department. Then the cashier was also cheerful and friendly. I agree with someone else, the staff here seem really happy to be there. Even the lady at the returns area was professional, efficient and helpful. Terrific customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location this morning needing some help with hardware to mount a wall fan. Darryl and Dan were absolutely awesome and helpful. They assisted me as I was somewhat clueless as the the anchors I needed etc. They were both super friendly and went out of their way to help me figure out a plan of action to mount it without using a stud. Two phenomenal employees!!! Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home improvement store plus more. This location is huge with a large selection of home improvement things. It’s well lit and clean. I came looking for a specific colour of spray paint and was able to find it. I could not find it at other home improvement locations so I was impressed with the size of this location. The staff is friendly and courteous.
