★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not stress how amazing they are. They made every step of the way very easy. From selecting the best flooring for your home. They help paint the picture and deliver on every front. They go over and above to make you feel like you are a friend. The environment is so positive and happy and so welcoming. The installation was ridiculously fast with zero issues. I will always support this company because they make buying flooring an experience. I got excited to go in and pay because I go to an amazing environment and interact with amazing people. 12/10 they are the best.

Bill is probably one of the most personable people this world has to offer, Alyssa was amazing to deal with, did an amazing job helping me cut costs as she knew I was on a tighter budget but wanted some quality in that budget. I told her no carpet, NONE! She told me the cost difference on stairs between Vinyl/carpet and brought up the fact that I have a senior dog that would appreciate carpet on the stairs and I probably would too. Alyssa's attention to detail is second to none. Despite being very busy she was always on top of keeping me informed as to when the back ordered product should arrive.
Dana was a sweetheart, Louie and his install team were very courteous and clean.
On top of all of this their prices were much better than one of their competitors! Thank you Sherwood Flooring!

We really appreciated the honest and knowledgeable team that helped us with this purchase. Things couldn’t have gone better or been easier!
The installer was also awesome and our house has never looked better. Absolute perfection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others have stated, bill was very easy to work with and he even suggested ways on how we can save money. I like how they have a good selection of materials to fit our budget.
We just had carpet installed a few days and I'm very happy with the installation. The installers completed the work in a timely manner.
I would recommend this company to any one of my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find it very interesting how reviews vary so much! My wife and I are completing an extensive reno on our home and one of the few things we had total success with, was sherwood flooring! Alyssa was patient, knowledgeable and always punctual with return calls. I cannot say enough about the installer, Arturo! He was unbelievable! Even came back after I dropped a toilet and broke a length of flooring, replacing it without taking a dime! Sure, Bill likes to talk, but I he stood behind everything we discussed, and I found his information very helpful.
I tried some of the "bigger" flooring stores and the service was terrible. If sherwood flooring had some issues in the past, I am convinced they have resolved them and would recommend them to help you with your flooring needs. Try for yourself, compare them to bigger flooring stores and you can make up your own mind.

The entire experience was very pleasant, from Bill coming out to take measurements, to Alyssa helping coordinate things. Bess, Matt and Arturo did a great job on the flooring installation. Arturo really knows his stuff and was able to make sure that everything fit with no transitions needed between rooms. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend Sherwood Flooring.

Bill encouraged us to take home multiple large flooring samples to ensure we got an accurate feel for the floor we were purchasing, he even came out to measure up our home for us. Alyssa and Dana were a delight to work with, they kept us in the loop with billing and tracking our order. Alyssa helped us stay with in our budget without compromising our wishlist. Delivery was efficient and on time, we could not be happier.
10/10 would recommend, will definitely be purchasing from you guys again. Thanks so much!
